The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on the Plantessential site. The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions also extend to cover mail order sales not sold via the website. We recommend that you read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.

GENERAL
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order plants through this website you must accept delivery within the UK. We will treat each order for plants as an offer by you to purchase the plants subject to these terms and conditions. Orders must be transacted in Pounds Sterling(GBP) only. Other currencies may be added in the future.

This site is controlled by Plantessential in the UK. Plantessential makes no representation that Materials in the site are appropriate or available for use in other locations outside of the UK, and access to them from territories where their content is illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access this site from outside the UK do so on their own initiative and for information purposes only.

Description of Plants
All products available on this website are of a horticultural nature. The descriptions given are believed to accurate to the best of our knowledge. We would however recommend that you check specific details of plants if in doubt.

Payment and Price
The total price payable for the plants will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the plants is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order if the need arises.

Typographical Errors
In the event a plant is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).

Availability of Plants
All goods(plants) are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the plants for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the plants.

Delivery Charges
England and Wales and Glasgow and Edinburgh £7.00 flat rate (regardless of size of order) Scottish mainland £10.00 flat rate. (Please email us for a quote for delivery outside these areas). Free delivery is available on orders of £75 or more. Should you have any special delivery requirements, please contact us at orders@plantessential.com

Delivery Times
Delivery of plant orders (stock items) will normally be made within 7(seven) working days from clearance of payment. We will endeavor to deliver plants within the times stated but plants are subject to availability and delay in delivery of plants is sometimes outside our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the plants are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the plants. If we or our suppliers are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position and you should allow up to 14 working days for dispatch of the plants. For delays of more than 14 days, you will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the plants.

Refunds/Returns
At Plantessential we pride ourselves on the quality of our plants. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your delivery of plants let us know straight away. We aim to resolve complaints quickly and provide a replacement or a refund.

This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.

PRIVACY POLICY
Collection of Personal Information
Plantessential will ask you when we need information that personally identifies you (personal information) or allows us to contact you. Generally, this information is requested when you are filling out an online order or application from. Personal information collected by Plantessential is often limited to name, e-mail address, post code and telephone numbers but may include other information when needed to process and qualify creditcard transactions.

Use of Personal Information
We use your personal information for three primary purposes:

• To make the site easier for you to use by not making you enter your personal information more than once.
• To complete and process plant orders and/or applications.
• To alert you to special offers, updated information and other new services from Plantessential.

Plantessential will not disclose your personal information unless we are required to do so by law.

Control of Personal Information
Plantessential may send out periodic e-mails informing you of new products or services related to a product or service you requested. You will, of course, be able to choose to unsubscribe to these mailings.

Security of Personal Information
Plantessential strictly protects the security of your personal information and will honour your choices for its intended use. We carefully protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Information captured on the planessential site is used by us only in relation to orders and delivery and is never shared with any external or third parties unless we are requested to do so by law. We do not store credit card details on our servers.

Cookies
When someone starts the process of an online order, a cookie is placed on the users's machine (if the user has chosen to accept cookies) or is read if the user has visited the site previously. Plantessential only uses cookies for the tracking of plant orders. If you choose to not have your browser accept cookies from the Site, you will be unable to purchase plants through Plantessential.

Plantessential's Right to Change These Terms and Conditions of Use or Content on the Site
Plantessential may add to, change or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time, without notice. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions of Use or any terms posted on this Site apply as soon as they are posted. By continuing to use this Site after any changes are posted, you are indicating your acceptance of those changes. Plantessential may add, change, discontinue, remove or suspend any other Materials posted on this Site, including features and specifications of products described or depicted on the Site, temporarily or permanently, at any time, without notice and without liability.
